For Commercial Conveyaincing, OUR USUAL PRICE is £750 + VAT, excluding Disbursements. If you want us to act on your behalf our Legal Fees is fixed at £650.00 +VAT, excluding Disbursements. Please quote reference OND/C when you call us.
In any event, we require your Proof of Identity such as valid Passport and/or Full UK Driving Licence together with a copy of your Utility Bill in your name as proof of your address. We also require your National Insurance Number. We do need these documents as we are bound by law to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations.
