For UK Passport Holders:
Renewal of expired UK passports.
Obtaining new UK passports for minors.
Alterations to existing UK passports, e.g. changes of name.

For Non-European Passport Holders:
Obtaining Schengen visas for business and holiday visits within the European Union (one visa covers nearly all territories within the EU.)
Obtaining short-term business visit visas for most other countries.
Obtaining visit visas for the USA and Canada.
No Time Limit (NTL) or Transfer of Conditions (TOC) Endorsements
Where an applicant's previous passport contained either their Indefinite Leave to Remain or current conditions of stay, they previously had been able to ask the Immigration Officer at a port of entry to endorse this in their new passport. This has not been possible for some time now, and instead, applicants are expected to send in their documents to the Home Office, using a specified application form for the new endorsements to be made. We are able to make arrangements for this to be done on a same day basis when required.
Certificates:
Obtaining certified copies of Birth, Marriage and Death certificates, as well as divorce decrees both nisi and absolute, in the UK. We can also obtain certified copies from the following English speaking jurisdictions: Ireland, Australia, US, Canada and New Zealand.
Legalisation:
Arranging for Legalisation of documents with the Foreign Office in London and, where appropriate, with Foreign Legations in London.
